Ahh the change of seasons is upon us once again. Mabon (fall) starts 9/22/08. The weather here has been cool. Some of the trees have already started changing colors. I have a new love for Mabon. Not just the colors of the season but it's change. Change is always good. Sometimes it's hard to let change occur. But I have found it's best to accept change and embrace it with open arms.
The air is cooler and that ushers in of course warmer clothing and the desire to cuddle with your love under the covers.
I am an avid tea drinker and Mabon brings out the tea kettle and my ever growing selection of teas to try. I usually fix a carafe of tea everyday and really enjoy the flavors and how the warmth of my brew soothes my soul.
So I raise my tea cup to Mabon and all it's wonderful changes.
